Parchman Farms is a joint initiative between MDOC and MAGCOR Industries focused on rehabilitating incarcerated individuals through agricultural training, job readiness, and conservation.

Participants are selected through a referral and application process within the Mississippi Department of Corrections system based on competencies, demonstrated good behavior, interview processes and available worker slots.

Parchman Farms operates on 27 square miles of land at the Mississippi State Penitentiary in the Mississippi Delta.
